Our strength

is our staff

Practice Manager

Taylor

and Chaos Tamer

Taylor joined the team in 2020 as a technician, moving to our front staff team a year later. Those experiences in two different areas of our practice help make her especially adept at what she does. She is a remarkable leader and problem solver, ever ready to tackle the issues of each day with a smile on her face and pep in her step! She approaches every problem with the goal of helping our clients and patients, which is a responsibility she takes very seriously. We are beyond thankful for such a hardworking and honest leader, and you’re sure to adore her just as much as we do!

She has an obsession with Chocolate Labradors, stemming from her having one of the goodest boys of her own at home (pictured with her here).

Lead Client Care Coordinator

and E-Commerce Specialist

Chase

Chase joined the team in June of 2017 as part of the Front Staff team and has been answering your calls and emails ever since. He is also the one you're likely to speak with concerning our online pharmacy, and will be a main point of contact concerning referral requests.

He loves animals of all types, but he's definitely a dog person. He has a passion for sighthounds in particular, owning a Borzoi and several Afghan Hounds, but he also has a Siberian Husky, a clowder of cats, and many exotics. He proudly shows and ethically breeds Afghan Hounds.

Client Care Coordinator

Krysten

Krysten joined our hospital staff in September 2025, after years of experience as a groomer. She has an obvious passion for helping our patients by assisting our clients, and we know that will be apparent to you each time you speak with her.

She is a loving mom to a gorgeous Scottish Terrier and two lovely black cats.

Client Care Coordinator

and Records Liaison

JoAnn

JoAnn is another friendly voice you're likely to hear when calling our hospital. She can often be seen running between the front desk and the back, where she is a wizard with your medical records. She is always eager to help so if she ever happens to answer your call you're in great hands.

She is a dog sports aficionado and works specifically with Labradors in agility and dock diving.

Lead Veterinary Technician

and Post-Exit Coordinator

Mary

Mary is a phenomenal technician with an abundance of patience and a reassuring demeanor, which certainly comes in handy when a nervous pet has to come in. She's also our resident dog and cat sitter for when you go out of town.

One of the key responsibilities Mary fulfills in our hospital is being a Post-Exit Coordinator, meaning she assists in the difficult process around commemorating beloved pets during and after their passing. It is an emotionally tasking responsibility that she takes on with the utmost care and honor.

Alaina_edited_edited_edited.jpg

Veterinary Technician

Alaina

Alaina is an immensely warm and caring addition to our team! She does a wonderful job with our patients and has proven to be invaluable to our doctors.

She likes flamingos, but she won't hold our beloved tarantula, Tumbleweed, who is kind of flamingo-like, except with no neck and 6 bonus legs :(

Veterinary Technician

Allie

Allie is a busy little bee! From helping the doctors in exam rooms to handling things such as our Antech Laboratory communications, she's a valued member of the team!

She has a secret superpower; she's able to find anything I can't find, which makes her indispensable!

Veterinary Technician

Bella

Bella is an immensely friendly and gentle technician, and patients really seem to appreciate her. She is currently enrolled at university so we aren't blessed with her as often as we would like, but we cherish her when she's here. And we know you will too!

Veterinary Technician

Zach

He may be quiet, but he's an incredibly hardworking technician who takes his job very seriously. He brings a steady temperament that can be especially useful in rooms with nervous patients. We love him so much, and we know for a fact you will love him too!

Zach has a Miniature Poodle and his life's dream is to become a cat dad to lots and lots and LOTS of cats.
